I am not a wedding planner and I do not replace you. I am your local presence in Italy: I know the places, I have the right contacts, and I assess venues with the eye of someone who spent years staging theatre productions across the country.

Planning from abroad and need someone you trust on site on the day? I coordinate suppliers, handle the unexpected and act as a reference point for guests. I do not direct the wedding — that is your work. But I am there, speaking Italian with the caterer and the venue owner, knowing exactly how things work here.

You write to me and tell me about the project; I reply within 48 hours. We have a half-hour call, with no obligation. I propose a plan of work with services, timing and costs, all clear before we begin. Then we work together, for as long as you need me.
